Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Ear should be only cleaned superficially very gently by an ear bud when the baby is sleeping. Do not try to clean deep inside by yourself as it can cause hiinjury so consult your doctor for that . if the wax is impacted you can use waxiklin ear drops one drop twice a day for 7 days in ear it will help .

You I just clean it from outside superficially that’s what you can do as of now apart from that if you feel that there is your wax or any other issue associated then you should get a check with an ENT doctor they will be able to advise you with correct medicine for that
