A. Hai good morning !! Make sure that baby is having proper 8-10 hours sleep . So that baby can wake up actively . After waking up greeting family members ,prayer and fresh up . Luke water or normal water with empty stomach . 10-15 minutes any physical activity like walking,cycling or atleast normal roaming in the house can activate ,keeps energize through out the day. Adequate water protein,fibre rich balanced meal plate also helps in metabolism.
