#asktheexperts how much quantity of water should I give to my baby..he is going to be 7 month old on this 15th. is cerelac nutritious for baby? what quantity of milk should be given with solid food?

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent! You can start giving your baby homemade semi solids and water along with daily breastfeeding. Semi solids like homemade cerelac, apple purée, mashed bananas, ragi, daal or chaaval paani can be given. Give sips of water in between meals. Continue breastfeeding. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug massage oil.
