Hello dear parent, diet chart for 7 months old baby, you can give watery Khichdi, moong dal ka Pani, home made Cerelac, mashed fresh fruits, curd, suji halwa or Upma, custard with mashed fruits, vegetables soup etc. As baby will grow include any other new items.
