SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl8 months agoA. Try with home remedy initially, if your parents and grant parents are there you may consult them initially for cold and cough. Saline nasal drops spray is available in medical store, better you use these medications which will reach directly to the throat, where the bacteria lives in the throat. Spray directly to the nose at least 3 to 5 times intermitantly.
