Best what a date with my daughter I will tell you the same I did not make her sleep the ordering the day time after coming back from school I really had to try very hard to keep her up but I did that show me that she started sleeping by the time of eight or 830 in the night on her own only after eating well and that is how she woke up fresh in the morning so and till date I am working on a proper schedule and trust me that definitely works
