A. For healthy and strong bones, you should include calcium rich foods like all dairy products and cheese. There are few non dairy products as well which are rich in calcium like soya chunks, soya beans, broccoli, green leafy vegetables, eggs, etc. Make it a routine to include these foods in different forms in daily diet.
