#asktheexperts how can I know my breast milk is enough for my baby or not as her frequency is less of drinking milk she is 3 months old.

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy1 Year agoA. Hai good evening !! If you feel heavier any leakage of breast milk ,baby tummy fulls after 15-20 minutes feed,peeing normal 7-10 times then your milk supply is good.
If you are feeling lighter compared to earlier ,no leakage of milk ,baby crying even after feed or trying to latch,not gaining weight ,peeing less are signs of low milk production.
