Sarika guptaMom of 2 children3 months agoA. mam please take Shatavsri powder with milk or water twice a day to increase breast milk supply. feed the baby more often which also helps in breast milk production. massage your breasts properly before feeding the baby.

Singh KomalGuardian of a 3 m old boy3 months agoA. simply make a podigre of rice nd methi (Fenugreek) in cooker nd then mix it in coconut milk with some jaggery or sugar nd eat it or u can also do another thing like mix kalaunji with some jaggery in milk nd drink in n8 it will increase urilk
