Sarika guptaMom of 2 children2 days agoA. mam please take Shatavsri powder with milk or water twice a day to increase breast milk supply. feed the baby more often which also helps in breast milk production. massage your breasts properly before feeding the baby.

in cooker nd then mix it in coconut milk with some jaggery or sugar nd eat it
or u can also do another thing like
mix kalaunji with some jaggery in milk nd drink in n8 it will increase urilk
