A. Hello good afternoon !! If baby is active and achieving milestones then don't worry about weight. Give 3 meals and 2 snacks include High protein, calcium, carbohydrates, fat foods which helps in increasing weight. Banana, mango, potato, beans, peas, cerelac with pulses, grains, dry fruits and nuts powder, idly, ghee, cheese, butter, curd, paneer, dry fruits and nuts powder in cerelac, idly, kheer, porridge,dal rice, curd rice,dal kichdi, soya,egg, meat, poultry helps in increasing weight.
