#asktheexperts hiii...my daughter is 4 year old..n her weight is 15..is it normal weight

A. Hello Mom, Yes, this is normal. There is no need to worry if your child is healthy and active. To make your child gain weight, ensure your child get the right nutrition for their growing age. Try nutrition dense foods to aid in weight gain. Some recipes you can try are nuts ladoo, seeds, peanut Chikki, makhana, Dal chilla or cutlets, Ragi porridge, vegetable paratha, fruit milkshake etc Hope this helps!

A. hello mom weight is perfectly okk accordingly age moreover if ur child is active and healthy and playful and having his food properly on the regular intervals and achieving all the milestones properly then there is nothing to worry about at all
