#asktheexperts hii my daughter is 14 months old....... she demand only milk instead of meals..... otherwise she not eating well and start crying... what should I do....??

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy7 months agoA. Hello my dear parent! Limit the dairy intake to maximum of 500ml per day. Rest of the nutrition should be coming from healthy solids. Let the child be physically active and feel hungry before the next meal. Serve your child with healthy home-made foods in cute Babyhug bowls to encourage eating healthy. Consult your doctor for further guidance.
