#asktheexperts hii mam meri beti 1 mnth ki h or use gas bohot hota h dr ne uske liye colicaid dua diye hai lekin usse kch nhi hota wo bohot roti h or uska pet bhi bohot tight rehta h kya karu plss suggest me

A. Post feeding burping is importan. To help expel gas Practicing tummy time will help. Massage on tummy in clockwise direction. Apply hing paste around navel, n do folding exercise of both leg

A. Hi mom Baby ko burp zaroor karwaye doodh pilane k baad.. Isse gas nhi hogi. And apply hing paste on stomach and massage in circular motion twice a day to help baby expel gas from stomach.
