#asktheexperts hii ma'am good evening ma'am mera c section hua tha lekin ma'am abhi jese beta bhi 9 month ka ho gya mere opration ko 9 month ho chuke lekin back mai itna jayada pain hota hai ki ab kaam karna bhi mushkil hota na sirf bethe hue lete hue bhi bohot pain hai

This pain is associated with your poor posture while feeding...try to sit with support and maintain a hood posture...get a good nack massage done by proper massage lady..tbat will help you...there is no such thing like pain due to epidural etc...all are myth...

That’s actually associated with epidural that they given your spine these are the side effects of the epidural so as of now I would advise you to apply move and take hot hot compress or heat pad you can apply but for a permanent solution you need to see your doctor
