for fever as well as pain kindly give paracetamol according to the weight of child as well as according to the power of paracetamol medicine you are having and paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day and also do body sponge to decrease the surface temperature.
also when u take temperature in the armpit of the child and it is 100 or more then only consider it as fever and give paracetamol.
higher medicines for fever like ibugesic and mefenamic has to be given only after medical consultation.
after giving fever medicines you can wait for maximum 3 days and then meet your doctor if it is not improving. keep the child in cool atmosphere
combination of paracetamol and other fever medicines are usually avoided

Are you giving 3ML at one time because that’s an excessively heavy dosage for a child of seven months so I suggest you please check with your doctor because at this is the dosage of medicine is mostly going to be 10 drops one time and even the weight of the child is very good as per the birth weight
