Did you try pumping ? im not sure of granules etc but I did dry Dalia and shathavari , to some extent it helped me, but then by 3 months I had to leave her with parents as I had a traveling job that time and my maternity leave got over, I gave her Aptamil Gold Stage 1 so can give feedback about that, it was suggested by the paediatrician himself so that was my 1st priority, he said it has prebiotic HMO which is good for Gut health and build over all immunity, I also exclusively pumped milk, so my daughter had both and she is totally fine.

Hello mom would sugget that you consult your doctor for it to check if the baby has issues with latching and also check your nipple formation as well by then you can also plan to pump and feed your baby , at least this way your milk would be provided to the baby
