#asktheexperts Hi, my son is 2 years 4 month old. what kind of food should I give him to increase his height, as he is only 83 CM (always lesser than the average height as per standard height chart)

A. U See if the child is not having appropriate height that that could be due to some nutritional deficiency also because when it comes to food you should just be giving regular food to the child whatever you are preparing for yourself at home and consult your doctor start with all the necessary supplements as well
