#asktheexperts hi my child is 7 month 14 days old. How much quantity of meal should i feed her at a time? And how many meals to be given in a day?

POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl3 years agoA. In 7 months, you should feed 3 main meals which could be a small bowl per serving. Try to bring variety in the food so that maximum nutrition can be given even if baby eats lesser amount sometimes. From 8th month, you can make some new food introductikns like yolk of a boiled egg, oats, chicken soup, dalua, etc.
