hi, my baby s 10 month old. till 6 month i gav only breast milk. aftr that started solid and now my breat milk is totally finished. he cries now evry night and i tried milk formula powder which he vomits. so milk and liquid intake is zerobfor him now due to which i feel he s havng constipation problm. can i start cow milk? how to give it? and how much is the liquid intake for 10 month baby ? what are other alternate for milk?

Hello dear parent! It is advisable to be your doctor for advice on what to be done. Give your baby 3 meals and water along with daily breastfeeding. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil. Good luck and take care.
