#asktheexperts Hi my baby is around 9 months old he starts crying in front of strangers and now he only wants to stay with me is this normal at this age and please let me know when he behaves friendly with others also.

A. Hello! Stranger anxiety is a very common finding in most of the babies. Finding comfort with the parents and you know them very close when strangers arrive is a very common thing and nothing to worry about it. You need to be just patient and persistent in your efforts to communicate well with your baby about the surrounding people.
