hi my baby had hit her head (on the top of Head) by the longer side of the table (not corner) when she suddenly stood up..immediately there was a long swelling (not lumpy) on her head..
I had rubbed n placed cold pack...and she was relieved after sometime...
it's been nearly more than 2 weeks that the long bony swelling is still there...
I've already shown a doctor but I want to know your thoughts

if the baby is comfortable do not worry it will take some time to disappear totally ok for further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given

These are due to broken blood vessels and swelling, and are normal.
