#asktheexperts Hi my 6 weeks old baby boy has not pooped for last 3 days. He is exclusively breast fead.He had his vaccination done on 12 Nov.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Constipation in Babies less than 6 months is very comfmon and more in formula fed babies.
you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggested by doctor f and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. If your baby is only being breastfed they may not poop every day. This is because their body can use up almost all the components of breast milk .
