Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy11 months agoA. white spots in children often need no treatment beyond moisturizer or coconut oil and usually disappear within weeks. if they persist or worsen after two wxeeks, see a doctor. causes may include nutritional deficiencies, skin sensitivity, allergies, or fungal infections, which may require prescxription cream.
