A. dear mum, weight of 4.3 kg is a normal weight for 3 months old baby. for healthy weight gain, you should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. at one episode of breast feeding, feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain.

A. good afternoon I would recommend you to make sure that you give your child mother's milk at regular intervals and it is also advisable that you must try to massage your baby every day for good weight gain
