#asktheexperts Hi mam my son 2yr 4m old still not speaking anything but in between he was blabbering mumma but that too he doesn't know to call me as mumma but later he stopped even that also he hears very nicely only speech has delayed can you please suggest

Is he responding to small commands come here,stop going,give,take the toy...
Asking his needs,good at gross ,fine motor skills,direct eye contact.
By 2-2.5 years babies start speaking small sentences two words sentences,responding to commands ...
Go for assessment with Developmental paediatrician or speech therapist .
