A. Namaste Mom The child by now should be used to all usual family foods , here include snacks in the form of seasonal fruits , vegetables , nuts and seeds , roasted makhanas , home made traditional snacks , etc breakfast- eggs, stuff paranthas , poha , upma , idli, dosa / chilla , etc
