#asktheexperts hi mam ,mera breastmilk production low ho gya hai .plz suggest what to do .my baby is just 5 months old .i m taking promolact granules for mulk production but cant see much result

Start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly.

I suggest you take two leptadin tablet twice a day with glass of milk daily
it is best for increase breast milk
please include natural probiotics and dairy products in your daily diet
