Hair fall usually happens because of many factors and most of the time its multifactorial. 
Most important is the requirement of proper nutrition where a diet rich in good amount of protein iron and other micronutrients is important.
Iron and Zinc also plays  important role.
Other factors could be hormonal disbalance specially thyroid hormone .
A good care along with maintainance of propere hygienef is also necessary . 
Use good product specially a mild shampoo with a good conditioner.

Because of hormonal changes in body , hairfall is caused after delivery.
so please consume foods rich in iron ,zinc and Vitamins.
prepare homemade hair pack made up of egg whites and olive oil .
apply it directly on your scalps it is good remedy to minimise hair fall post delivery.
or you can prepare mask from yoghurt and some coconut oil .
