#asktheexperts hi mam, I am a mom of 14 months old baby .My age is 30. after delivery my weight is 47 and now it's 37 . I have frequent weight loss and felt very weak. please suggest to me how to gain weight . Breast feeding is the reason for weight loss?

A. Calcium-rich food: Milk, curd, paneer, sesame seeds, seasonal green vegetables etc. Iron-rich food: Ragi, aliv (Garden cress seeds), dates/raisins, seasonal green leafy vegetables, saunf (fennel seeds) etc.. Reduce/prevent flatulence or bloating: ajwain (carom), jeera, saunf, dill seeds etc..
