#asktheexperts Hi ma'am I am in my 8th month of pregnancy (33rd week) and I have difficulty sleeping at night due to a restless leg.what supplement should I take or food to include?

A. hi mom it happens during 8 to 9th month dont worry try to put some pillow to elevate leg have good proteins hydrate well have a variety of vegetables and fresh fruits
