#asktheexperts hi .. kindly confirm about baby diet for 7 months baby to avoid unnecessary gas and stool problem . what ever food am giving to baby not sure whether she able to digest or not coz every day she passes 8 to 9 times motion and some times it's kind of liquidity and some time solid and color also different different.

A. if discomfort caused by gases in the babies you need to burp them properly post every feeding session, give few minutes of tummy time regularly to release out the gases.gastica drops or Himalaya bonnisan dropsIf your baby is facing constipation issues you need to increase the fibre intake and keep your baby hydrated and include dates prunes chiku and other fruits which are rich source of fibre in the diet and provide some physical activity as well
