It He is considered normal a lot of women in fact I would say 99% of the women face all these issues after their delivery so you do have to take care of the food that you are eating also I’m going to advise you to prepare an oil at home where in you can take 200 g of coconut oil add some onion crushed onion into it and try curry leaves about 15 to 20 boil that oil on the lower flame for 10 to 15 minutes and then strain it and start using it
