See you should actually avoid giving Screen Time to the child you can show TV maybe almost one hour in the day on the maximum side that in a gap along with that start giving five dry fruit fruits and almonds to the child in the morning five almonds and five walnuts that would be good or also you can make a dry fruit powder which you can give with milk twice in a day that will also be helpful
