#asktheexperts hi Dr my baby is 5 and half month old ..her birth waight was 3 kg now she's 5.5 kg is that good waight or should I consult her pediatrician..bcs since 4 month her waight just increased by 500 grm only so that's y am worried pls suggest me is there anything wrong ..but she's super active her milestone is on spot with her age...

Baby weight should be triple in a year according to birth weight and after one year baby gain weight slowly and according to that babies weight is totally fine. If your baby is active and taking proper feed on time then everything is fine and nothing to worry about you should just feed your baby properly and on time
