Q.

#asktheexperts hi dr. mene 6 month tal baby ko breast feed kia tha exclusively jab se solid ki journey shuru hui he last 1 month se meri baby refuse kr rhi he breast milk bas fruits n veggies khana pasand karti or formula milk pina chaahti he .. main kya karun ??? kese offer karun breast milk she is 7 month old now

A. try home foods ok. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok. you can eat all you want thats home made and fresh and cooked. get dal, roti, rice, fruits and salads.

U Can I actually express your breast feed with the help of a breast pump at that you can give it to the child with a bottle at least a chalice comfortable with bottle so some time instead of giving formula feeding you can give your feet by expressing it that’s one of the best ways to go about it
