#asktheexperts Hi Dr,can I give organge juice to an 8 month old baby? My babys stool is very hard she is not constipated but stool is hard what to do?

hard stools can sometimes cause fissure..whichs painful
If your baby is facing constipation issues you need to increase the fibre intake and keep your baby well hydrated and include dates prunes chiku and other fruits which are rich source of fibre in the diet and provide some physical activity as well
