#asktheexperts hi doctor, My son is 10 months old .I give him bf,lunch and yoghurt in evening...in between drinks milk on demand...do I need to include dinner also...what do you suggest..or wait till 1 year to complete.

Give 3 meals a day along with daily breastfeeding. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil for muscle flexibility and balance. Good luck and take care.
