#asktheexperts Hi doctor.My baby is 5months completed After completing 6mnths i have to start Solids,I have big doubt Is sugar Added cerelac is good for babies ?or No sugar cerels is good for babies?

Siri Sugar cannot be added before the age of one year to anything that you are giving to the child and replacement to show that is going to be either jaggery powder or you can go ahead with using date syrup and during giving cereals to the child you cannot add anything to herWrite Your Answer Here
