#asktheexperts hi doctor my baby 1 year and 5 month old and still needs feeding bottle to drink, we are deciding to stop this habit for this we should use sippy cup of hard nib or silicon based nib ? which will be better for her for feeding through sippy cups ? please suggest alternative options to stop bottle feeding too.

A. The one with a hard nipple when is going to be much much better for you to use apart from that you can use the one with a straw also that’s more comfortable at least your child is going to get rid of lying down and having milk this is going to be a better position and it’s better than sipper also it’s better to use a cup or a glass with a straw
