#asktheexperts Hi Doctor, I am mother of 1 1/2 year old baby and I am a breast feeding mother too. For the weight loss for me Shall I choose any protein shake like HERBALIFE NUTRITION FORMULA 1. Is this product cause any problem to my baby's weight.

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. it is not advisable to use it even when you are breastfeeding and even when you are not breastfeeding stop there are no magic powders which will cause the sudden weight loss and using those will actually cause harm to your health and definitely your baby if taken while breastfeeding. try portion control and the regular walking instead
