Baby can now be given soft consistency foods where new foods can be introduced one at time as such try to include foods from varied food groups as well

You should give all the family foods to the child whatever is being made at home for breakfast lunch and dinner that’s the best to be given and timing you have to decide on the basis of what time does your child sleep and wake up according to that you can decide the timings for the three meals that you need to offer to the child
