Q.

#asktheexperts hi doctor,can i add jaggery in milk for kids instead of sugar , could you please suggest me which food have good immunity power,and also weight gaining, Thank you

A. hi. yes,can add jaggery in your childs milk. to boost immunity give eggs ,pulsee, milk n milk products, dry fruits and nuts, fresh fruits and fruit juice, green leafy veggies

A. Sugar and jaggery should not be anyways added because the milk has its own sweetness so you should try to give milk without adding sugar to that for if you want you can go ahead with adding dry fruit powder or roast them add some dried nuts into them and add some unsweetened cocoa powder into them so once you do that you’ll be actually able to make a healthy home-made powder and if you want to make it sweet then you can add some jaggery into that
