#asktheexperts hi doctor, after 8 months of postpartum journey I'm getting severe back pain and leg pain, I'm not sure why, i had normal delivery but a forceps one... what could this be I'm perplexed

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. Syp dashamoolarishta 4 tbsp with equal quantity of warm water should be taken twice daily which is effective for back pain and also other body ache complaints
Regular oil massage for a few days is also very effective
take rest and do mild exercise daily
