#asktheexperts Hi Doc, My milk is not sufficient for the baby and also my nipple pains when she sucks. The pain is unbearable and pains after I fed her. She is now in 3rd month. Please suggest what should I do to increase my supply and for the pain. Thanks,

A. hello actually sometimes it might be due to the inverted nipples also you can do a thing you can use the nipple shield and you can try feeding your baby once better to check with your doctor also
