#asktheexperts Hi doc, my baby is 1 year 5 months old, and we live in Himachal, at night while sleeping i layered in 2 layers of clothes. One is thermal and the above one is a bit thin cotton layer.. she doesn’t want me to put even thin quilt on her.. not even blanket.. at night the room temp goes down till 14-15C.. and she moves her head and body on the corners of bedding.. i don’t understand this behaviour. And being a mom i am very much worried bcz i felt her hands and feet are cold..plz help

Hello! Cover your child just like how you cover yourself with clothing. Same number of layers, no extra layers. May be you can try using Babyhug onesies or rompers for your child while sleeping . They cover from head to toe with comfortable layers
