A. dear mum, even if you are unable to find time to exercise, have an active lifestyle and start with basic exercises for 15 to 20 minutes a day. eat mindfully. reduce your calorie and fat intake especially from high fat, sugar and salt containing food and beverages, processed packaged food. have good intake of fibre and low fat protein sources. don't skip breakfast and have good water intake.

A. Hello dear parent, you must eat right and healthy, include protein and salads in your diet eat green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits. Drink lots of water. Avoid sugar and maids totally avoid munching in between. Do simple exercises, start with 10 mins in a day and increase the time gradually,
