#asktheexperts Helo mam I don't have enough milk for my baby. Is there any medicine for getting milk pls suggest mam

A. Hey! The more your baby takes in your breastmilk directly, the better Milk supply. Include methi, roasted Makhana, jeera, saunf in your diet. Consult a lactation specialist for further guidance.
