#asktheexperts hello sir my daughter now 2yr old and weight 11.5kg birthday wt 2.5kg. please give me food chart. Thank you.

A. weight is good. give all family food.. Offer a variety of tastes and texture so that baby gets used to it all.Give all seasonal fruits and vegetables. also give sufficient play time

A. To help the baby gain weight, it is important to include fat and protein rich foods in the diet like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, legumes, ghee, chicken, eggs, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado and 500-550 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks alongwith variety of fluids.
