#asktheexperts Hello Sir....Mere Twins Baby boy hai 5 month unka complete ho chuka hai ....Sir woh last one month se bahut hi Kum doodh pee rahe hai even pure din me bas 100_200 ml hi doodh pee rahe h maa ka doodh aur formula milk starting se dono ka chal raha hai aur jab bhi bhook lagta hai us time doodh na pee kar apne angutha suck karne lagte doodh pine ka naam hi nhi lete hai....last one month me unka wait nhi same hi kuch grow nhi hua hai....Sir please suggest me ki mai aise situation me situation me kya kru

Weaning food can be started from 5-6 months of age and in that initially in the initial stage you can introduce some semi solid food to the baby like Banana mango plum boiled Apple and then gradually you can start with some purie of carrot potato and some other foods which can be given are porridge of suji sabudana which can be preparerd in breast milk or formula milk.
initially you can start with one or two tsp which can be gradually increased up till at least thrree meals in a day
