#asktheexperts hello sir/ma'am. I want to ask that my son is 7 months old .How many times I should give him meal (semi solids) and should I start giving him formula for 1 or 2 times or continue only breastfeed. I have enough breast milk supply for him and now I am giving him breastfeed and 3 times semisolids.

set as break fast mid morning any fruits lunch Evening snacks dinner
slowly and gradually increase the solids intake and decrease milk intake
